Anubis PDF is built on client-side privacy architecture. When you compress, merge, edit, split, OCR, or sign a PDF on our website, your files are processed directly in your device's memory via WebAssembly and JavaScript. No document content or metadata is ever transmitted to, stored on, or analyzed by our servers.
2. Cookies & Local Storage
We only use local storage to save your UI preferences (such as light/dark mode theme selection). We do not use intrusive tracking cookies or sell user information to third-party ad networks.
3. Compliance with GDPR & CCPA
Because we do not store, view, or retain any personal documents or PII, Anubis PDF exceeds all standard requirements for global data privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA.
